Depends on how much work needs to be done to make your listing 5-star ready. If a property is fully furnished, clean, has all recommended amenities, and is “photo-ready” then you’re looking at a quick turnaround. If a property is unfurnished, needs additional amenities, and is not “photo-ready” then you’re looking at an extended turnaround. Either way, we’ll help you achieve a 5-star look and feel in no time.
When we screen for guests, we follow all guidelines and policies provided by marketing channels we use. We are allowed to ask questions based on those guidelines.

3. Where are you traveling from?
4. What is your past experience with short-term rentals?
We always spearhead the setup of each property with the highest level of care. Beyond the initial set-up, we make an effort to visit the property at least once a quarter to make sure everything is up to our 5-star experience standards.
